Good health "basically" means more money in your pocket and more money to invest, which equates to a concept I refer to as, "Holistic Investing". "Holistic Investing" also promotes good health today in order to enjoy long-term health and financial benefits tomorrow. Good health translates into lower medical bills, lower health and life insurance premiums, stronger bones and a greater capacity for self-healing.
